Ingredients


1 onion,

2 garlic cloves,

A little amount of flour,

Mushrooms (180 grams),

Cube made vegetable stock (300 ml),

Pepper and salt for taste,

Olive oil in little quantity,

Bread crumbs (175 grams),

175 grams of chopped nuts for those who prefer more taste,

1 tbsp of soy sauce,

1/2 tbsp of herbs de Provence, and

a half glass of white wine.

Preparation Method


Make oven preheat for 190 degrees and at that time fry chopped onion at a low/medium heat for around 5to 10 minutes until it becomes soft. Now add the sliced mushrooms and minced garlic. Keep fire for a few minutes and then sprinkle tablespoon of flour at it and stir it well, after that adds wine.
